Hi, I'm Katie, founder of Katie's Cookies located in Friendsville,  TN.   When my husband and I became empty nesters, I started baking! It fulfilled my time and helped me ease into the quiet house. I've always loved being in the kitchen so it was a natural step. Then I had all these cookies and treats and I was looking for something to do with them, so Katie's Cookies was born!

A few things that separate my baked goods from others is my ingredients. I use farm fresh eggs from our homestead,  I import vanilla beans to make vanilla bean paste and vanilla extract and I load everything up with inclusions so every bite satisfies that craving!
